It is not registered cost of the delivery, but we recommend that buyer use registered mail in foreign countries, the amount of the delivery will be added about MOP$25，otherwise customers have to take the responsibility for any risk.
Customers need to take the responsibility of risk of delivery, suggest customers use registered mail if order certain amount of products.
